TenderWild Healing Session

~ The Essence of TenderWild is one part primal {birth + death + life}, the ways of being that are in our bones and deep knowing, one part willingness to meet yourself where you are right now {most likely transitioning from one state of being to another {ie. death >>> life}. And one part open to receiving loving care as you are moving through this process. 

~ The session will last anywhere from 1 to 1.5 hours

~ We will begin with a check-in {what’s happening for you right now and how are you feeling energy wise} approx. 10-15 minutes

~ If we are in person {if needed this session can happen by distance} I will have you lay on the Reiki table and begin offering hands on healing, the energy will intuitively go where it is needed most {“Reiki knows”} approx. 30-45 minutes

~ As I am offering Reiki I may ask questions if they seem to be persistent or important, with your permission first. Otherwise, the session will be done in quiet with soothing music in the background.

~ I will then clear and close the energy of our session approx. 3-5 minutes
